"POTBROOD"                           

                                                                                                                   

Ingredients:                                                                                                                                            Bread Maker - Multi Cooker
  • 700g Ready-made dough
                               or
  • 500g White bread flour
  • 25g Pre-mix bread flour
  • 10g Dry Yeast
  • 150ml Water

                             or

  • 300g Cake flour
  • 300g Bread flour
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 5 Tbsp oil
  • 10g Dry yeast
  • 450ml Lukewarm water

Method:

Add all the dry ingredients together.  Add the water and knead into a soft dough.
Place in a warm area for 30 minutes until the dough has risen double its size. 
Knead the dough and place in the middle pan of the Break Baker and Multi Cooker.
Let the dough stand for 15 minutes to rise further.  Bake in the cooker for 30 minutes.
Let the bread cool down in the pan and serve.        
 
 
 
"MIELIEBROOD"
Multi Cooker  - Bread Maker
Ingrediets:
 
  • 300g Cake flour
  • 300g Bread flour
  • 10g Yeast
  • 1½ Tins beer (340ml)
  • 5 Tbsp oil
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1 Tin Mealie grain drained (340g)
  • 250ml Grated cheese

Method:

Add all the dry ingredients together, and thoroughly spray the pan with cooking spray.  Add the beer and mealie grain. 
Knead into a soft dough.  Place in a warm area for 30 minutes until the dough has risen double its size. 
Knead the dough again and place in the pan of the Bread BAker and Multi cooker.  Add the grated cheese. 
Let the dough stand for 15 minutes to rise further.  Bake in the cooker for 30 minutes, and let bread cool down in the pan. 
Serve with stew.
 
 
"KARAMEL POTBROOD"
 
Ingredients:
Multi Cooker
  • 250g Cake flour
  • 250g Bread flour
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 250ml Lukewarm water (1cup)
  • 10g Yeast
  • 5 Tbsp oil
 
Caramel Sauce:
  • 250ml Full cream
  • 500g Caramel sugar
 
Method:
 
Add all the dry ingredients together, and thoroughly spary the pan with cooking spray. 
Add the water and knead into a soft dough.Place in a warm area for 30 minutes until the dough has risen double its size. 
Knead the dough again and place it in the pan of the Bread Baker and Multi Cooker. 
Add the caramel sauce.  Let the dough stand for 15 minutes to rise further.  Bake for 30 minutes
Let the bread cool down in the pan and serve as desert.
 
"VOLKORINGBROOD"
 
Ingredients:
Bread Maker
  • 600g Wheat flour                                                                                                                 
  • 30g Pollard bran
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • ½ Tsp salt
  • 400ml Buttermilk

Method:

Add all the dry ingredients together.  Add the buttermilk and honey and knead into a soft dough.  Place
in a warm area for 30 minutes until the dough has risen double its size. 
Knead the dough and place it inthe middle pan of the Bread Baker and Multi Cooker. 
Let the dough stand for 15 minutes to rise further.Bake in the cooker for 30 minutes.
